Konavle wine story and dinner in Molunat

The road takes us to Karaman Winery in Pridvorje. The wine room offers an intimate setting where you'll be treated as an honored guest while hearing documented stories. from the first book about Malvasia in Croatia while sipping their award-winning Malvasia wine, which is as sweet as nectar. The book chronicles the wine's history back to 1383, during the time of the Dubrovnik Republic. Malvasia is like a fairy captured in an enchanting wine essence.

The wine room is set in a magnificent landscape, surrounded by the Rector's Palace and the Franciscan Monastery, both dating from the Dubrovnik Republic era. Naturally, we will visit the Malvasia vineyard, the mother vine to all other Dubrovnik Malvasia vineyards.

We will walk together through the vineyard, where our wine's journey begins. After the Karaman winery, we'll proceed to Molunat, a small fishing village in the south. There, we'll visit Restaurant Lancana, a small family-run establishment offering a local experience with a lovely vine-covered patio perfect for summer evenings.
